A special program in Tucson AZ now offers down payment assistance to low-income homebuyers through the 2010 MRB Loan (Mortgage Revenue Bond). Assistance amount is 4.5% of the purchase price and reaches a maximum of $6000.
Preference is given to home buyers who have already found a home and have a purchase contract.
